Cyril is a certified IRS Enrolled Agent. He meets with business owners on a monthly basis to assist them with Cash Flow Monitoring, Budgeting, Debt Restructuring, and Cutting Edge Tax Planning. Cyril takes great pride in helping business owners strive in all economic conditions. He strongly believes that a well run company will excel in both a good and bad economy. Cyril has worked primarily with closely held business and their owners and high net worth individuals developing business and tax strategies that make sense from both an economic and tax perspective. Cyril’s expertise in tax and debt relief enables him to assist clients to make informed decisions. He works to negotiate a settlement or amnesty on unpaid back taxes and facilitate tax relief from IRS and state tax problems.

Melissa specializes in providing accounting, financial statement preparation, and tax preparation (including income, payroll, property, and sales tax) services to small businesses and individuals. Melissa provides bookkeeping and payroll services to small to mid sized companies. Melissa graduated from Guilford College in May of 2012 with a BS in Accounting. Melissa is currently pursuing her CPA designation.
